Conference Registration - Information

Notice:

Conference registrations are now closed. For questions relating to your registration contact the conference secretary or conference organiser - details are on the "Contact us" page.

Refund policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by 7 September 2007 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $100. Cancellations after 7 September 2007 are not refundable. Exceptional cases will be considered at the discretion of the organising committee.

Privacy policy

Private contact details collected as part of registration will only be used by the committee for conference RPI purposes. They will not be made available to any third party. Payments by on-line credit card transactions were made at the ANZ bank's eGate secure payment server and are confidential between you and the bank. Neither your credit card number nor expiry date were provided to RPI Association, they are kept as secure and private records by the bank.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Conference. Restorative Practices International will not take any responsibility for any participants failing to insure.

Special needs

Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please click this link to send an email to the conference organisers with your details: jkyte@bigpond.net.au.

Accommodation costs

Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. See the "Accommodation" page for general details about accommodation.
